I browse around their forums and they state that the only thing that they offer that Rufus doesn’t is the option to do it yourself and make the USB stick at the same time. They will tell you Rufus is not the safest option and instead recommend using Easy USB creator. Rufus is the program I used until I found it horrible and unneeded, now I use the super simple Etcher.

Best to run the verification tool and see what turns up. Allow it to run for a few minutes. If it finds errors immediately, restore from backup or let it run overnight to see if it finds anything in the morning!

Many users omit the use of another feature, other than booting in order to fully try and repair all the common errors that have come up in Windows. Windows has a feature called Last Good Repair (LGR), which allows you to easily try and boot to a repair. This is usually the second or third option. For the system to boot to repair, you must at least have an option to select repair.
